A crisis in Northern Uganda has caught our attention through the bubbled world in which we live. We will take on this cause and raise money and resources for the children of this region through various methods, two of which are described below. See their website for more information.
Education is always the goal to creating a new thriving generation. Better World Books has partnered with Invisible Children to help build and fund the schooling of children in Northern Uganda. And you can be a part of it. We have held a book drive, and are currently accepting donations in the Library and Main Office.
We've gotten books from you, so we thought we'd sell them and donate the money back to "Schools for Schools", namely Anaka Secondary School where 80% of their 916 students come from nearby internally displaced camps. Thanks so much for your donation.
